The white and kraft both have a nice natural feel. Go with the kraft for a more rustic look and the white material when you want your colors to pop!

The print quality is the same in terms of sharpness and clarity on both materials. However, the kraft has a brown and yellow color of its own, which affect the print intensity of some colors. Therefore, we recommend the white material if your design contains yellows, blues, whites, pinks or pastel colors.

Yes, we only work with recyclable paper from sustainable forestry. We also plant a tree for each order placed at Ink n Art. In that way, you get awesome packaging and make up for another 6000 similar boxes.

Yes! You can upload logo and images onto all of our products. Just keep in mind that if you’re printing photography, make sure it has 300 dpi or higher! If you need any guidance, check out our easy step-by-step guide.

For all box types we use a carefully selected paper that is both recyclable and durable.

Yes, we’ll send you an email with proof of your order as soon as you have completed your checkout. Be mindful of that emails can be wrongfully filtered as spam.

Regarding the print, make sure your art is in high resolution. We also recommend using vector graphics rather than raster graphics. We review each uploaded file before printing, so we’ll let you know if it’s not possible to print.

Designing on a dieline gives you more freedom in creating something very unique. First you have to choose type and size, then you can upload your design in our online design tool. You can download the dieline at the same page. Pretty convenient, right?

A lot of perks comes with setting up an account at Ink n Art. By signing up we can save your design for you. Go to your pages and just click “reorder” on the desired product.

Yes. Note that custom sizes may come in larger quantity because we have to create a completely new die. Custom samples are therefore possible but pricey.

If your company makes taxable supplies of goods or services below a certain annual limit, it may be exempt from VAT, which is short for value added tax. It also depends on what country you are operating. Find out the annual limit for your country here

Ink n Art are at the moment only doing shipments in Europe.

We estimate eventual costs for you in the checkout phase when you decide a shipping option. Shipping costs goes from completely free to a bit pricier depending on your chosen method of delivery.

Regular shipping takes no more than three weeks. You can always see your expected delivery dates in the checkout phase.

At Ink n Art, regular shipping is free when we produce inhouse in Gothenburg.

Yes, all of your items will ship together. Unless you don’t want them to, then we can arrange it otherwise. Just let us know by leaving a comment under the billing details during the checkout phase.

Your order is shipped from Gothenburg, Sweden, where the Ink n Art crew are based. For some products we ship from our production site in central Europe.

Naturally. For products made in Sweden, we are able to offer a free delivery option.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return your order. Each order is unique and made completely from scratch. For that reason, we can not return any orders already delivered.
However, if your product is damaged upon arrival, you can return it.

Here are some details from our terms and conditions concerning returns:

“We do not offer returns. However, if you're unhappy with your order and feel like we didn't do a great job, please contact us and we'll do our best to rectify the situation. Should we, in our sole discretion, decide to replace any Products or to refund or credit to you any amounts paid for an Order, that replacement, refund, or credit shall constitute our entire, sole and exclusive liability, and your sole and exclusive remedy, with respect to that order. If We agree to refund any amounts to You, then You hereby understand and agree that such refund shall be refunded by means of how the original payment by You was made. In case of orders placed by You using a line of credit, any refunds will first be settled against any outstanding credit and then, with respect to any remainder that is due and owing to You, such remaining amount shall be refunded by means of how the original payment was made.”.

We offer payment by credit card and bank transfer.

Note that bank transfers might take a couple of days to fulfill the payment. Since we do not start producing until the order is paid for, order completion can be slightly delayed.

Keep in mind that all costs related to an international bank transfer is paid by the buyer. If these eventual fees are not paid correctly, the order will not be deemed as fully paid and it might take a few more days to complete

We print in CMYK and that’s also the color options in the design tool. We do not print pantone colors.

We have several sizes and dimensions on all our products. Ready for use. Those sizes and dimensions differ depending on the type of product you are interested in. But, and this is a big but. You can always request a quote on any size or dimension that you want. We are most likely able to produce it for you. So, let us know right here.

Yes, you can! We actually love it when you guys do that. Designing from scratch in the 3D tool works very good too.

All boxes, stickers and cards. You can add any color, text or image on all exterior and surfaces. Want to color the inside of the box as well? No problem, our design tool can handle it.
